How to order?

Place your order from either a body page, a gallery or the EU stock page.

From the body page you can customize your chosen body with the customization options available. Once you have gone through all the customization choices you’ll be able to add the doll to the cart.

From the gallery you order the doll exactly as seen in the pictures (with the exception of clothing, wig and accessories. A random nice outfit in stock at time of shipping will be included in the package).

From the EU stock page you order the doll exactly as seen in the pictures (normally with the exception of clothing, wig and accessories. A random nice outfit in stock at time of shipping will be included in the package.).

Once the doll is in your cart you can go to checkout. Payments can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. If you pay by credit card you‘ll be directed to the Paypal website. A Paypal account is not necessary to complete you credit card payment.

If you’d rather settle by bank transfer please choose the option ‘bank transfer’ when placing your order. As soon as your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with our bank details. Please remember to put your order number as a reason for the payment.

 

How will my purchase show on my credit card statement?

All transactions will read: TSDLTD. Nothing else.

 

Can I pay on instalments?

Sorry, we do not offer any type of financing or payment plans. We suggest contacting your credit card company; most major credit cards offer special financing plans at 0% interests.

 

What happens after I order?

  • Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email.
  • As soon as  your payment is confirmed your order will enter the production process.
  • When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
  • You will receive your doll within the timeframe specified in the product page (at the end of the customization section)

What's included in the purchase?

The doll, a wig that you choose in customization and a random outfit. Accessories, piercings, tattoos seen in galleries are never included. Manufacturers may include, depending on availability, care items such as a comb, a pair of slippers, or other items such as a hanging kit, a vagina warming rod etc. These items can’t be requested as they can’t be guaranteed.

 

Can I see pictures of my doll before she's shipped?

Of course. This free service, proudly offered by The Silver Doll differentiates us from knock-offs sellers, who are usually not willing to show the customer any pre-shipment photo. To get this service simply request it in the order notes, or send us an email.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that all our dolls are highly customized, made-to-order products and therefore once your order begins to be processed it can’t be canceled. So if you need to cancel your order following cancellation fees are applied:

  • 10% if you cancel within 24 hours from the time you placed your order (order still not being processed)
  • 50% if you cancel after 24 hours (order already being processed)

No cancellation is allowed after the doll is shipped.

Orders of dolls in EU stock are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

 

What if I receive my doll damaged?

In the unlikely event that the doll arrive seriously defective we will replace it at no cost to the customer. This warranty only applies to dolls that have not been used. The customer must report the problem within 24 hours of receipt and send photos and/or videos providing evidence of the issue.

Please note that ‘flightcase’ packaging is excluded from the warranty. If the hard case arrives with scratches or dents, as long as it can be ‘used’, doesn’t entitle to any compensation.

 

Do you accept returns?

Sorry, due to the nature of the products sold, returns or refunds cannot be accepted and all sales are final.
