First, customer service was fantastic. Somehow I lost the coupon code from my order when I submitted it, but they applied the coupon retroactively! The box arrived sooner than I expected on a stormy day, dropped on my porch so that the end of the box resting in the snow was ripped apart and the protective blanket inside was wet. Fortunately, only the packaging was damaged. The doll itself is very heavy, but I got it to (literally) sleep with rather than to engage in more kinetic activities. For that purpose it is the perfect size and feels great to snuggle with. At the price I got it, I was worried about quality, but although I have nothing similar to compare it with, it has surpassed my expectations. The doll itself looks just as gorgeous as in the photos, although the supplied "lingerie" was laughable. (I purchased a soft nightgown instead.)
