When you buy a silicone doll you can choose between regular hard silicone head and softer silicone head. Check here for a comparison video. The soft silicone head has an opening and can allow oral sex. On the other hand, this head cannot have implanted hair or implanted eyebrows, and it will be slightly less detailed than the 'regular silicone' one.Real Oral Sex (ROS)
Some 'soft silicone' heads have an upgraded mouth with movable jaw similar to that offered by WM Dolls (click here for a demo video of this feature).
